I have a new addiction. This apricot-raisin-wheatgerm bread called Toast'em from Gardenia. I bought 2 packets while I was in KL last weekend with few other Gardenia's products. 'You're going to get fat!" Zoul said of my over indulgence. "What fat? these are all made of healthy and nutritious ingredients, look here it says Propotionate Calcium, Vitamin C, Roboflavin bla...bla...bla...." I ate all 2 packets in a week plus the others. I even skipped my usual ala-Malaysian breakfasts and lunches so that I can fully enjoy my breads. I'm craving for bread, I mean quality and tasty bread, not the one that taste like 'chipboard' and the thickness is like facial tissue paper, bread with minerals and vitamins, bread with dried fruits and grains, bread coated with chocolate and vanilla, bread with nice packaging...... I'm not posing 'high taste' or what, I'm just doing my own justice as a consumer and fulfilling my taste bud's (and inner desire cum belly-bloating?) . Do you know that they don't sell Gardenia bread in Miri? And not even Mighty White nor High 5?.
